Acknowledgements

Many individuals within the University of Ballarat community were involved in the initial development of the School of Business Alumni Website.

Centre for Electronic Commerce and Communications

The Centre for Electronic Commerce and Communication (CECC) was responsible for the overall implementation of the project. Staff members including Helen Thompson, Andrew Macleod and Craig Briody coordinated various aspects of the initial project. 

School of Business

Academic and administration staff have participated in working groups, attended meetings and provided initial content and developed support materials and procedures related to the alumni community. We particularly acknowledge the efforts of Ellen Mucha (Administration Officer) and Jacqui Greenbank (Former Website Coordinator) and acknowledge the leadership provided by Professor Julian Lowe (Former Head of School).

Jenny Trounce, Ian Knox, Genshen Shen and Sarah Evans have assisted CECC in identifying graduates participating in forthcoming celebration events.

Bob O’Shea, Glenice Wood, Louise Benson, Mary Hollick, Jenny Trounce and Roslyn Salmon have at various times met with CECC to assist in the implementation of the project.

Alumni Community Members

We acknowledge those members of our alumni community in Hong Kong and Shenzhen who first highlighted the opportunity for the School of Business to support ongoing involvement between graduates and the University via the establishment of an Alumni Website.

Finally, to all other members of the alumni community who through their interaction and collaboration support the University of Ballarat in developing activities which foster lifelong relationships and a nurturing environment to support the continuing involvement of alumni in the life of the University and in its ongoing advancement.
